With today's announcement that the Cosmopolitan is being completed by a partnership of Related and Deutsche Bank finishing up the project, buyers want to know who will be operating the hotel.  Sold as a Hyatt run property, I expect that the new operator would have to be one of a high caliber.  We have enough MGM run properties surrounding the COSMO that to have one more just does not make sense.  But oh - to be an operator of the hip new COSMO with its Beach Club, Balconies, and Best views ever.

You have to be from NYC to understand the elegance and level of service that the St. Regis is known for.  The location on the Vegas strip cannot be beat as the energy as many new latest and greatest venues move northward.  I expect that pricing for these condos will rival the most expensive units sold in CityCenter, making the condos across the boulevard at TRUMP TOWER look quite reasonable.  With TRUMP, perhaps the PLAZA, and now the St Regis all clustered around the WYNN, the new Encore, and Palazzo - all in a cluster and the new Fontainebleau by Turnberry even more northward - I think that what is old will be new again - as far as north strip development goes.  What will become of the Riviera???? What a great plot of land that hotel has?  Any BUZZ ABOUT THAT?  Post them here!
