I wish that Deutsche Bank would make an announcement or keep the COSMO's website updated with any news, because buyers are entitled to full disclosure about their purchases. Jim Murren, of MGM/Mirage, has announced that contruction of the Harmon Condos has been halted

The Harmon is the rightmost tower in the above rendering of the MGM CITYCENTER development and is located across from the COSMOPOLITAN RESORT. These condo units at the Harmon were artfully designed with walls of curved glass.  Turnberry Towers, has some end units that feature similar curved glass design and units are on the resale market for half the price per sq. ft. as the Harmon.  In this very challenging economic climate, it may be a blessing for the buyers of the Harmon to have had their deposits refunded. The MUCH BETTER VALUES ARE IN THE RESALE MARKET.

This is not necessarily the case in the single family home arena where national home builders are becoming increasingly aggressive with their pricing in an effort to compete with the foreclosures that are prevalent in every community.
