Each time I get a potential buyer call, I need to have "THE CHAT". "The CHAT" details just what the realtor in the link above told her friend. The status must be "AVAILABLE" and by the time buyers come into view these properties they are SOLD. Crazy? Yes. But Las Vegas real estate agents can't complain. And there has been no press written about how desirable Las vegas real estate really is and how many people keep coming to our beautiful desert city to retire, vacation, and enjoy the fantastic weather we are enjoying.
