Lake Las Vegas Emerges From Bankruptcy! A Glimmer of Good News-Finally!

Lake Las Vegas real estate has been hit with a number of factors that have put a damper on the low priced luxury homes, golf and lake view condos, and hotel condos: A bankrupt masterplan, the closure of some of the golf courses, the closure of the MONTELAGO CASINO, and the Ritz Carleton. Formally touted as one of the crown jewels of real estate in the Las Vegas Valley, in Henderson NV, 17 miles from the Vegas Strip, many buyers built or purchased glamorous luxury estates, including Celine Dion and American Idol and So You Think You Can Dance producer, Nigel Lythgoe.

More recently, vulture type buyers and real estate bottom feeders have been gobbling up the beautiful condos at V at Lake Las Vegas and Tramonto and luxury homes in Bella Fiore for 20 cents on the original dollar or less in some cases.
